What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Ocala, FL and serve nearby areas including Silver Springs, Summerfield, Belleview, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Contact us and we’ll let you know!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as we have access (key code, lockbox, etc.), we can clean while you're out. We’ll notify you when we’re done!

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring all cleaning products and equipment needed. If you have special products you'd like us to use, just let us know in advance.

Can I request the same cleaner every time?

Yes! While we can’t guarantee it 100% of the time, we’ll do our best to send the same cleaner if requested and available.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a $25 fee.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

How do I book a cleaning?

Do you offer one-time cleanings?

Yes! We offer one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
